Deron Williams is the best point guard in the western conference and Derrick Rose is the best point guard in the eastern conference. Well for me they are and the others i know you want CP3 and Rajon Rondo, but these two guys are shifting the game with their awesome plays and bringing the hype to the game.

D-Will or D-Rose?
Deron Williams is the best point guard in the western conference and Derrick Rose is the best point guard in the eastern conference.
